THE HEBREW LANGUAGE PARK

Rishon Lezion 2013

Gan Be-Ivrit (Garden in Hebrew) is a theme park, inaugurated in 2013 in the city of Rishon Lezion.
The park contributes greatly to the hallmarking of Rishon Lezion as Israel's city of the Hebrew language.
Integrating the Hebrew language with a leisure park is a symbol of the people's return to their land, its rebirth, development and dynamics.
The park's distinct content, manifested in its design and facilities, adds to it a significant and unique value. Here the Hebrew language escapes the homework book and becomes an approachable and enjoyable experience.

Like plants, language is a flowing thing, developing, calming, and embracing. Language, like a tree, is formed of deep roots, a trunk and branches.
The success of the project lies in the meeting of environmental and landscape architecture with the illustration of content, expressed through the design and integration of the facilities in the park.

The project was designed in cooperation with the Ministry of "Braudo- Maoz" Landscape Architecture.
